I am a guy over 50, who has been married to Dawn for over 14 years. Together, we have five kids. I have been enjoying retirement for the last two years plus. Before that, I worked thirty-six years as a sheet metal journeymen. During that time, I have worked in the same area that I have lived for most of my life, Michiana.
I have lived in Edwardsburg, Michigan, a small town just across the Indiana state line, and am still living at the same residence. Since my retirement in 2008, I stay close to home, doing the projects that I have not had time to accomplish in all the years that I worked a job. During those years, I was involved in coaching football and Little League baseball, as well as being a fast-pitch softball player myself. Later on, I became an umpire for baseball and softball, and also a high school football referee. I am also a practicing Catholic, and am part of a movement within the church, called Cursillo. Since I have pursued music for most of my life, I now spend at least every other Sunday as a back-up vocalist and guitar player for a Southern Gospel singer.
